Stoughton Police Log: Marijuana, Vandalism Arrests

Wednesday, Sept. 4:
12:40 a.m. Canton police is reporting an erratic operator on Route 138. Car not found.
1:07 a.m. Pearl Street, caller reporting that they had surgery that day and not feeling. Call transferred to fire department for ambulance.
2:11 a.m. Plain Street at Bay Road, car causing road hazard, towed by AJ's.
4:30 a.m.  Brewster Road, caller request ambulance, transferred to fire department.
7:21 a.m. Samar Co. Inc, Cushing Street, male working on machine collapses. Fire department transported to hospital.
11:27 a.m., Central Street and Turnpike Street, caller stated black male walking on Central Street towards Turnpike, yelling profanity and giving vulgar gestures. It has been an ongoing situation.
6:02 p.m. McDonald's Washington Street, stolen wallet reported.
6:49 p.m. Randolph caller reports lost wallet in town.
7:22 p.m. Eagle Rock Road, caller reports speeding on Bay Road.
7:56 p.m. Park Street, Caller states vehicle hit and driver took off. No visible damage to car.
9:21 p.m. McCormack Terrance, caller requests ambulance. Transfered to fire department.
9:32 p.m. Caller in station to report they found ammunition in Providence, R.I.
Thursday, Sept. 5
12:07 a.m. Gold's Gym. Unwanted parties sneaking in. Trespass order was issued and parties sent on their way.
12:39 a.m. Tosca Drive, Arrests made for possession of marijuana, Thomas Wayne Morales, 22, 179 North St,. Brockton. 
1:05 a.m. Beatrice Lane, party having diabetic issues. Fire department provided treatment on the scene.
8:29 a.m. School Street. Black Lab found on porch. Animal transported to pound.
10:04 a.m. Motor vehicle accident, Washington Street. Both vehicles towed by Island Street.
11:40 a.m. Erin Road, Caller says party is unconscious, but was conscious when officers arrived. Fire department to handle.
1:29 p.m. Central Street-Briton Avenue, disturbance, peace restored.
3:07 p.m. Arbors Central Street. Eric D. Legaski, 50, 18 Ethyl Way, Stoughton, arrested vandalizing property, Police allege Legaski was shooting BB gun at fence.
4:41 p.m. Valley Drive, caller says clothing, toilet paper, and other items on lawn. Officer will be called if any information surfaces.
5:13 p.m. Pratts Court, Internet scam reported.
5:42 p.m. Page's Deli, Pearl Street, driver reported to be all over the read. Officer spoke to party, said it was sun glare.
6:28 p.m. Glenn Street says water main broke, water department notified.
