Stoughton Police Log Dec. 12: Natural Gas Leak Reported

Thursday, Dec. 12
6:11 a.m. A strong odor of natural gas was reported in the Mill Street area. Columbia Gas was notified.
7:11 a.m. A deceased deer was located in a field on Sumner Street.
9:03 a.m. 911 ambulance call for School Street, transferred to fire department.
9:57 a.m. Officer Roberts ticketed prohibited parking lot on Railroad Avenue.
10:31 a.m. Larency/Forgerty/Fraud reported by party in station. It happened at T.J. Maxx, Dec.9.
11:12 a.m. A disabled vehicle was reported at Target, 1 Hawes Way. Party was towed.
11:42 a.m. Two vehicles cited for illegal parking on Rose Street.
12:04 p.m. Motor vehicle accident reported at Cabot Place. Car was towed by party.
1:35 p.m. Motor vehicle accident at Family Dollar store, Washington Street.
2:18 p.m. 911 ambulance call for employee, who passed out at MAJ, Cabot Place. Call transferred to fire department.
2:50 p.m. Caller reported out of gas on Route 24 and was given the state police's number.
5:25 p.m. Party possibly attempted to pass a fake prescription for drugs at Rite Aid Pharmacy. Arrested Roy Reis, 47, Oakland Avenue, charged with uttering false prescription.
5:56 p.m. Tractor trailer truck got stuck on the roadway while making deliveries. Truck was able to be moved without police intervention.
6:39 p.m. One parking citation issued for illegal parking at The Lodge at Stoughton, Technology Circle Drive.
6:40 p.m. One parking citation issued for illegal parking at Olive Garden.
7:46 p.m. McCormack Drive resident reported vehicle stolen at around 6 p.m. in Weymouth. They were instructed to contact the Weymouth police.
8:27 p.m. A disturbance was reported on Washington Street. Peace restored.
8:49 p.m. Burglary reported on Britton Street. Two black males and one black female reported attempting to break into home. They were seen driving a black Honda.
9:11 p.m. 911 ambulance was requested for Buckley Road.
9:58 p.m. Breaking and entering to a motor vehicle was reported on Canton Street.
11:28 p.m. Parking enforcement on Buckley Road, one citation issued.
