Stoughton Police Det.'s Team Assists in Cocaine Bust Off of Cape Cod

Stoughton Police Det. Kevin Lima and his team was involved with the members of Coast Guard, Drug Enforcement Administration, State Police and other law enforcement agency that seized more than $20 million worth of cocaine off a boat off of Cape Cod, Friday, according to a report in the Boston Globe.

Facing charges in US District Court for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute on a board a vessel subject to US jurisdiction are Hicham Ramzi Nahra, 27, of Canada, and Benjamin Celma-Sedo, 49, of Spain. According to the Coast Guard, Nahra and Celma-Sedo said they were transporting the boat to its new owner in Montreal.
