Stoughton Police Arrest Man for Second Offense OUI

Drunk Driving Arrest

Stoughton Police found a man sleeping in his vehicle at 1278 Park St. (Jubilee Church) shortly before 2 a.m. on Feb. 24.

William Lawrence Albrecht, 52, of North Main St. in Randolph, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense).

Failure to Stop for Police

The driver of a vehicle did not stop when Stoughton Police tried to pull him over just before 1 a.m. on Feb. 25.

Eventually, the stop was made on Washington St. 

Andrew Yang, 22, of Ettrick St. in Brockton, was charged with failure to stop for police; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; and a marked lanes violation.

Motor Vehicle Arrest

Stoughton Police made a motor vehicle stop on Park St. at 4:49 p.m. Feb. 25 resulting in the arrest of a Norwood man.

Alfredo Brito, 23, of Washington St. in Norwood, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and for operating with no inspection sticker. He also had an outstanding warrant.

Motor Vehicle Accident

Bois Rabkin, 26, of Columbia St. in Stoughton, was charged with leaving the scene of property damage and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license following a motor vehicle accident Feb. 22 at 8 a.m. at the intersection of Pearl St. and Ralph Mann Dr.

Counterfeit Checks

Webster Bank at 700 Washington St. reported receiving counterfeit checks Feb. 22 at 10:59 a.m. 

Ashley M. Cruz, 20, of Dexter St. in Boston, was charged with uttering a false check and larceny over $250.
