Stoughton Fire Crews Use Jaws of Life in Sunday Car Crash

One man was taken by MedFlight to the hospital for injuries.

Stoughton police and fire crews on Sunday responded to the scene of a serious car accident in the area of Bay Road and Cleary Drive. 

The accident occurred around 5:24 p.m. on Sunday, April 27. Upon arrival, crews used the Jaws of Life to extricate a male occupant who was transported to a landing zone at the Gibbons Elementary School, where he was taken by MedFlight helicopter to Massachusetts General Hospital to be treated for what were described as "lower extremity injuries," the Stoughton Fire Department said
