Police Log: Two Arrested for Drug Possession After Vehicle Stop

The following information was provided by the Stoughton Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, they do not indicate conviction.

Thursday, Feb. 6

At 1:22 a.m., Stoughton Police arrested a Norwood woman and a New York man for drug possession and other charges after pulling their vehicle over in the area of Station and Commercial Streets. Police arrested Annmarie Litcof, 31, of Norwood for possession of a Class B and a Class C substance, and also charged Robert Flavin, 36, of Union Springs, New York, for operating a vehicle with a revoked license and possession of a Class B drug. 

At 3:06 a.m., police received a report indicating that the operator of a vehicle had been entering and exiting the restroom at the Gulf station on Dykeman Way. The individual reportedly appeared to have been drunk at the time. Police located the driver, who had been heading towards Randolph, and subsequently notified the Randolph Police Department.

At 12:30 p.m., police arrested a Stoughton man, aged 25, on a warrant.
