Police Log: One Summonsed, One Charged for Drug Possession
The following information was provided by the Stoughton Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, they do not indicate conviction.
Wednesday, April 16
At 7:38 p.m., Stoughton police received a report that a child pulled a gun on another child, then stated the gun was possibly a fake gun. Upon investigation, police determined the item to be a video game controller.
At 10:54 p.m., police received a notice from Brockton Police regarding a robbery that occurred in Brockton. A suspect was described as a black male wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt, driving a black Toyota Camry that was seen possibly heading towards Stoughton. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

Thursday, April 17
At 3:27 p.m., police issued a summons to Joseph McGovern, 39, of Stoughton for possession of a Class B drug, and arrested David Simonds, 25, of Stoughton, for Distribution of a Class B drug, possession to distribute a Class B Drug and Possession of a Class E drug, according to police records.

Friday, April 18
At 2:28 a.m., police responded to a report of a car crash involving a potential rollover in the area of Central Street near the Hansen School. Police issued a summons to Lindsey Neville, 24, for operating under the influence of liquor (second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation and malicious damage of more than $250.
At 2:41 p.m., police responded to Faxon Street to serve an arrest warrant. Officers arrested Louis Medina, 32, of Stoughton, on charges of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, according to police records.
Saturday, April 19
At 11:25 p.m., police responded to McDonald's on Washington Street on a report of two employees fighting inside. Upon arrival, police arrested Treven Lingard, 19, of Stoughton for assault and threat to commit a crime.
At 11:57 p.m., police responded to Alex's on Washington Street on a report of an unwanted party arguing with staff and refusing to leave. Officers subsequently arrested Brian Joseph O'Connor, 29, of Quincy, for disorderly conduct.
Sunday, April 20
At 1:58 p.m., police pulled a vehicle over on Tosca Drive, where they arrested Kenneth Gomer, 32, of Weymouth for breaking and entering a vehicle nighttime for felony and larceny of less than $250.
