Investigation of Heroin Distribution Leads to Arrest of Stoughton Man

The 23-year-old was charged with possession of a Class A substance after police investigated information regarding heroin distribution.

Stoughton Police last week arrested a local man on drug charges after investigating information regarding heroin distribution on Perry Street. 

Police were granted a search warrant after obtaining information regarding the matter, and served the warrant at a Perry Street residence on Friday, March 7

Stoughton detectives subsequently found amounts of heroin, cash and large amounts of paraphernalia used in drug dealings, according to Stoughton Police

Philip Jaffier, 23, of Stoughton was arrested and charged with possession of a Class A substance with intent to distribute and possession of a Class A substance.
