Brockton Man Arrested for Drug Possession in Burger King Parking Lot in Stoughton

The following information is from the Stoughton Police logs. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Drug Arrest

A call for a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the Burger King on Park Street in Stoughton resulted in the arrest of a Brockton man the evening of August 14.

According to the police log, an employee at the 1333 Park St. Burger King called at 6:23 p.m. on August 14 stating that there was a male party in a blue pickup truck "slumped over the steering wheel."

Michael Anthony Citrone, 29, of Brockton, was arrested for possession of Class A, B and E drugs.

The also responded to the scene and transported Citrone to the hospital. Burger King had a towing company remove the vehicle from its property.

Witness Intimidation

At 10:55 a.m. on August 15 police received a report of alleged harassment by a suspect in an ongoing criminal matter.

Police responded to and charged Ryan Sellon, 35, of Willow St. in Stoughton, with criminal harassment and witness intimidation.

Animal Bites

A male called police at 5:35 p.m. on August 15 reporting that he had been bit by a dog while riding his bike. The call came in from Canton St., according to the log.

The Stoughton Police and Fire Departments responded. The man was not injured as the dog only "grabbed a pant leg," according to the log. Police were unable to locate the dog or dog owner.

At 2:43 p.m. on August 16, the Animal Control Officer was notified about a person at the Greenbrook Clubhouse pool on Island St. who was bitten by a squirrel. According to the log, the person left the pool area before Animal Control responded. Animal Control Officer to contact person via telephone.

And, at 4 p.m. on August 16, a man called police stating he had been bitten by a stray dog - a small tan terrier - on Woodpecker Rd. There were no tags on the dog. The dog was taken to the pound to be quarantined for 10 days.

Restraining Order Violation

Police received a call from a man at 7:16 p.m. on August 16 reporting that a person left a note on his vehicle on Wyman St. Police said they would investigate a possible restraining order violation (209A violation).

Shortly before 8 p.m. that same evening, officers responded to a Page Terrace apartment to check for the tenant wanted in connection with the restraining order violation.

Police arrested Stacey Scott, 39, of Page Terrace in Stoughton. She is charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

Robberies at RK Plaza?

Police received a call at 9:51 a.m. on August 16 from an anonymous female from Canton who reported she was "mugged" the night of August 15 in the parking lot outside of Panera Bread (at RK Plaza on Park St.) The Stoughton Police received no prior reports of that incident, the log states.

Later on the 16th, police received a call from a woman at 11:04 p.m. stating that her "son's girlfriend works at Five Below in the RK Plaza [on Park St.] and the girlfriend told the son she was robbed at closing around 9 p.m. [on August 16] but didn't want to talk about it," the log reports.

An officer checked the store after police received the call, but the store was closed.

Suspicious Person

Police received a call from a Target employee at 11:23 p.m. on August 15 that there was a possible drunk female in the Target parking lot on Hawes Way.

Officers responded to the scene. The log reports the female had a revoked license license and her vehicle was deemed a hazard so it was towed. Police transported the woman back to her Stoughton home.

Fight at Smokey Bones?

A detail officer reported a fight in the Somkey Bones parking lot on Technology Center Drive at 12:17 a.m. on August 15. The party was gone before police arrived.
