Bail Set for Men Charged with Assaulting Roommate

A judge ordered two Stoughton men held on $100,000 bail after they were charged with assault and battery against their roommate. 

Robert Westbrooks, 50, and Edward Aguiar, 40, both pleaded not guilty today in Stoughton District Court. Both men were charged with attacking their roommate, Jonathan Munro, who later died at Samaritan Hospital. According to the Norfolk County District Attorney's office, officials are still waiting on an autopsy to determine the official cause of death.

Westbrooks and Aguiar will be back in court on Dec. 4.
