Please pick up your trash

Our filthy town.....Who is responsible for picking up the trash on the off and on ramps of Route 24, this is the first impression you get when entering Stoughton, there is trash lined up all along off/on ramps, then you drive down Rte 139 our main street into town and there is trash lined up and down. People throw things out of their cars and who picks it up. If a property owner has a fence around there property, they should walk outside of the fence and look  at the trash that is lining their properties and please pick it up. Everyone should go outside of their house and pick up trash that is there. This town looks like a ghetto,,just sayin
