Why is it that a picture of Ames Pond is featured on the top of this website today? If this pond is worthy of such a 'display', why would the town let this pond turn into a sludge/lily pad pond....like the town let Harrison Pond and all the other ponds do. Ames pond area is the prettiest part of Stoughton and this pond is also rapidly declining. Shame on the town.
