Obituary: Arno Romanowsky, Vietnam Era Veteran

Arno Romanowsky, 65, a lifelong resident of Stoughton, died at the VA Medical Center in Brockton on Friday, Sept. 7. Son of Aina Romanowsky of Stoughton, he was born in Germany, raised in Stoughton and graduated from Stoughton High School. Arno was a Specialist 5th Class in the U.S. Army and a veteran of the Vietnam Era.

 He was an industrial mechanic for 43 years. He was an avid motorcyclist and enjoyed camping.

In addition to his mother, Arno is survived by his son, Erik Romanowsky of Stoughton, as well as his brother, John Romanowsky and his wife Karen of Stoughton.
