Frank Powers, Sr.: Longtime Stoughton Resident, Coast Guard Veteran

Services will be held in Stoughton on Monday and Tuesday.

Frank M. Powers, Sr., 81, passed away on Wednesday, April 30 in Miami, Florida. Born and raised in Cambridge, he was a resident of Stoughton for 50 years, and was also a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, according to his obituary.

A funeral service will be held at the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., in Stoughton on Tuesday, May 6 at 9:30 a.m., followed by a funeral mass at St. James Church in Stoughton at 10:30. Interment will be at Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne. Visiting hours will be held Monday, May 5 from 4-8 p.m.
