Stoughton Animal Control Officer Looks to Create Countywide Shelter

Stoughton's ACO hopes for a shared animal shelter for neighboring towns.

Michael Gormaley, Stoughton's officer, has approached the Norfolk County Sheriff's Office with an idea for a countywide shared shelter that would involve care by some of the inmates, reports Enterprise News.

Stoughton's Police Chief Paul Shastany supports the idea, adding that sometimes "one case could clean out the budget."
