Stoughton Family Seeks Support After Losing Father, Husband

A Stoughton family is seeking support after a husband and father died unexpectedly last week.
John Kneeland, 47, of Stoughton, a graduate of Holy Name School in West Roxbury and Trinity Catholic in Newton, passed away Wednesday, May 21, from an unexpected heart attack. His full obituary can be read here.
Kneeland leaves behind a wife and two sons, and served as the primary income for the family, according to a GoFundMe page set up to raise funds in support of the family.

The family currently has no life insurance, and the youngest of the two sons has a rare metabolic disease and needs ongoing medical care. As such, donations are currently being sought to help support the family and the medical expenses via GoFundMe.
The effort thus far has raised $14,100 with a goal of raising at least $50,000 for the family.
