Holiday Fair at First United Methodist Church (103 Pleasant St.)

Our church's Holiday Fair is not to be missed!  It is held from 12-7 on Fri., Nov. 8 and 10-3 on Sat., Nov. 9, with our Roast Beef Supper at 6PM.

On Friday we have a snack bar and baked goods for sale.  Also for sale are wonderful handmade items, plants, jewelry, wood crafts, books, and framed original watercolor paintings.

Our silent auction begins on Friday and ends on Saturday at 2:00PM (Phone bids will be accepted until 1:45PM, 617-429-5909- Pastor Rebecca's phone)  We have some awesome items this year, including several signed Red Sox items:
- a ball autographed by Jim Rice
- a World Series t-shirt signed by David Ortiz
- a World Series t-shirt signed by Clay Buchholz

Our silent auction will feature more than 50 gift certificates from area businesses and restaurants and are for a wide range of services and products, including:
- ceramics session, pizza, massage, manicures, bowling, pet grooming, bakery, oil changes, teeth whitening, a puppet show brought to your house

Items at the auction include:
- beautiful jewelry (a pearl necklace, etc.)
- candy dishes
- a Lenox figurine
- porceline dolls
- collectible Barbies (Star Wars Barbie and Ken and more)
- Kellogg's collectible cereal bowls
- Danbury Mint poodle plates
- Reed & Barton Silver Service
- Many other amazing items.
