CONCERT TO FEATURE BRAHMS CONCERTO FOR VIOLIN AND CELLO
The
Sharon Community Chamber Orchestra, under the direction of Maestro Michael
Korn, will perform the Brahms Concerto for Violin and Cello in A minor, Op.
102, featuring Victor Romanul,
violinist from the Boston Symphony Orchestra http://www.bso.org/t-z/_victor-romanul,-violin.aspx , and
Emmanuel Feldman, cellist on the faculty of the New England Conservatory of
Music. http://www.emmanuelfeldman.com/ Also on the program, Beethoven's Symphony No. 2 and the Sharon Community Youth Orchestra performing Schubert's Marche
Militaire, and Fibich's Poem.
Assistance
will be available to escort visually impaired and other patrons to their seats
upon request. Reception
following concert. Come mingle with the orchestra members and meet our
guest soloists.
Tickets are $10 ($8 advance sale); seniors and students $5; students
attending with an adult, free. Tickets are available in advance by contacting
