A Special Event - Let's Laugh Today in Easton - $10

Light Refreshments will be available at 7pm and we will begin right at 7:30pm.

Learn simple, fun exercises to help you lighten up about life and bring more laughter into it! Laughter Yoga is a body/mind practice for well-being that involves creative deep breathing and a few stretches, playful laughter exercises (no jokes or comedy), clapping and relaxation. It can strengthen the immune system, combat the negative effects of stress, and is a powerful antidote to depression and anxiety just to name a few of its benefits. 

Any age and any level of physical ability can participate in this unique, uplifting experience! There are no fancy poses. The fun will be led by Certified Laughter Yoga Teachers, Bill and Linda Hamaker. See www.letslaughtoday.com
