1. Anti-Bullying Law Workshop [CANCELED]

Stoughton SEPAC is presenting a workshop on "Massachusetts Anti-bullying Law: IEP and School wide Strategies to Prevent Bullying of Students with Disabilities" on May 2 at 6:30 p.m. at the .  Massachusetts Advocates for Children will be the featured guest.

Learn about the law and how it impacts your child and the district's responsibility. Learn how to develop bullying provisions in your child’s IEP.

All parents, school and community members are encouraged to attend.

2. Teddybear Storytime at the Library

Come join Peggy Sewcyk Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. at the  for Teddybear Storytime. It's for children ages 3.5 to 6 years old.

3. Chess Club

The Chess Club meets in the young adult area of the  on Wednesday at 5 p.m.

4. OCPC Looking for Input on Route 138 Corridor in Stoughton

The Old Colony Planning Council (OCPC) is conducting a study of Route 138 in Stoughton (Brock Street to the Canton Town Line) and seeks your participation with an online survey.


5. Looking Ahead: Stoughton High Junior Class Fundraiser at the Chateau

On Thursday May 3, bring the fundraiser ticket posted in the media gallery and enjoy lunch, dinner or order take-out (781-341-2503) from the in Stoughton.

When paying your check, give the waitperson your ticket. The ticket will be attached to your check.

The Chateau will contribute 20% of the total bill to the (the current junior class).

The Chateau is located at 1165 Park St.
