1. How Many Millionaires Live in Stoughton?

According to data compiled by the Boston Business Journal, Stoughton ranks 214th in the state out of the 351 cities and towns in Massachusetts in terms of the number of millionaire filers.

In 2010, there were five millionaire filers in Stoughton, which is roughly one millionaire filer for every 5,392 residents in town.

The total reported income among Stoughton's millionaire filers was about $13.7 million, an average of about $2.75 million per millionaire filer.

Statewide, there were more than 10,000 millionaire filers in 2010, with a combined reported income of more than $36 billion, according to the Boston Business Journal.

The publication reports Boston and Newton have the highest total number of millionaire filers, while Weston has the most millionaire filers on a per capita basis (one out of every 27 residents).

2. School Committee Meeting

The Stoughton School Committee meets in the TV studio at Stoughton High at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 23.

3. Kids Voting Stoughton Looking for Volunteers

The following is from About Town:

Adults won't be the only ones voting on Election Day. School-aged kids can as well, thanks to Kids Voting Stoughton.

But in order to provide this experience for Stoughton youth, Kids Voting Stoughton needs your help on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 6 from 2-8 pm. 

Join Kids Voting Stoughton for volunteer poll worker training on Thursday, Oct. 25 from 6-7 p.m. at the Stoughton Council on Aging/Youth Commission building at 110 Rockland St. You can all call Pat Basler at 781-344-2711 for more information.

4. Bingo at the Senior Center

The Senior Center will hold its weekly game of BINGO at 12:45 p.m.
