Stoughton's real estate market continues to see steady improvement. October 2013 was no exception.
From October 1, 2013 - October 31, 2013, there were 21 single family homes sold in Stoughton*. The lowest priced home sold for $189,900.00 and the highest priced home sold at $547,500.00. The average sales price for this time period was $329,570.00.
How did the October 2013 compare to the third quarter in other years for Stoughton Real Estate? Continuing the trend we have seen in 2013, as shown on the chart below, Octoer 2013 saw an increase over October 2012. In fact, October 2013 saw the highest number of home sales for the month of October over the past five years.
Average sales price for October 2013 was also up over October 2012 when the average sales price was $273,025.00. The chart attached shows that October 2013 saw the highest average sales price for this period for the past five years.
The Stoughton real estate market continues to show improvement and looks strong heading into the fourth quarter.
