There is also a possibility Zachary's could be adding more than just seating capacity at the new location. The common victualler license allows McGovern to operate from 5:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. He told selectmen he will start with serving breakfast and lunch, but may expand to staying open for dinner as well.

McGovern said he is targeting this fall for the move date.

He said Zachary's will remain open at its current location during construction of the new facility.
