Extreme Value has a wide selection of brand-name living room, dining room and bedroom furniture, as well as recliners, mattresses, entertainment stands and area rugs.

It’s a notion he backs up with his “double the difference lowest price guarantee”— If a customer “should happen to find any identical in-stock item from any local retailer,” Extreme Value “will match the price and refund you double the difference.”

The store is located at the old Ashmont building on Route 138. The renovated building, also home to Ashmont Self Storage and Kiddie Academy, drew praise from some of the town officials on hand.

Noller, who also owns Affordable Furniture To Go on Stockwell Drive in Avon, right on the Stoughton/Avon line, said he is excited to open his second furniture store.

“I think any business opening today would be a challenge, but I’m looking forward to it,” he said.
