BOSTON – State Senator Brian A. Joyce will be heading a panel on Monday, Feb. 24 at 8:30 a.m. in the Fort Point Room at Atlantic Wharf in Bostonon the Massachusetts Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program and his efforts to reform the program to provide low-interest, off balance sheet financing to commercial and industrial property owners for alternative energy upgrades to their facilities. The event will feature Energy and Environmental Affairs Secretary Rick Sullivan as well as representatives from the Boston Redevelopment Authority, the U.S. Green Buildings Council, MassDevelopment, experts on green energy financing, and more.
