Stoughton Lions Club Tunes Up for Final 3 Shows of 2012 Summer Concert Series

There are three more Sunday concerts this summer season at Faxon Park. The Corvairs kick off the August schedule this Sunday, August 5.

After a week off, the Stoughton Lions Club "" for the 2012 summer season continues this Sunday, August 5 at on Park Street, across the street from the Stoughton Public Library.

The Corvairs, a band that plays “classic hits,” kicks off the first of three August concerts this Sunday.

All concerts are Sundays from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and are free of charge. Concerts are open to all Stoughton residents.

Please bring your own chairs/blankets to sit on. There are no bathroom facilities.

Political Asylum, Easy Access and the Westwood Swing Band already performed this summer season in July.

The lineup for the final three concerts is:

* August  5 - The Corvairs             

* August 12 - The Infractions  

* August 19 - Paul Agnew and the John Capavella Quartet

This is the Stoughton Lions Club's 14th Year producing and arranging these free concerts.
