The production is directed by Zoe Bradford and Jordie Saucerman, choreographed by Sally Forrest, with music direction by Michael Joseph.

Set in the roaring twenties, "Chicago" paints the town red in vaudeville style and the iconic choreography of Bob Fosse, two merry murderesses and their hotshot lawyer. A sharp edged satire with a dazzling score, this six-time Tony Award winner includes the award for Best Revival, plus the longest running revival in Broadway history.

On the big screen, "Chicago" earned an Oscar Award for Best Picture.

On stage, ambitious chorus gal Roxie Hart (played by Mason) murders her faithless lover and convinces her hapless husband to take the blame. Convicted and sent to death row, she meets another “merry murderess” in Velma Kelly. The two vie for the spotlight, headlines, and join forces in search of the “American Dream” – fame, fortune and acquittal.

"Chicago" is the hit heard round the world, calling out with “C’mon babe, we’re gonna paint the town…and all that jazz!”

Mason, a 2005 Stoughton High graduate, holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from The New School, and recently received her Masters in Theatre Ed., from Emerson College.

Since returning to Boston, she teaches performing arts at The Academy of the Company Theatre, Wellesley College, Stonehill College, Massasoit Community College, and Deborah Mason School of Dance.

Recent performances include the world premiere of "Paragon Park the Musical" (Young Rose Stone), "The Wedding Singer" (Imelda Marcos), "Jekyll and Hyde," and "Hairspray" (LouAnne).
