Sound Bowl Meditation at Angels of Light in Norwell Saturday Evening June 7, 7-9:00pm

Above and beyond the many therapeutic benefits of sound healing (which Dr. Oz calls 'the next wave' in healing)-- deep relaxation, a profound sense of well being, the ability to process and release some of our stickier internal conundrums-- one gets the opportunity to journey within, reclaim oneself, and encounter the Divinity therein. Please join us on Saturday evening June 7 at the lovely studios of Angels of Light Healing Center, 320 Washington Street in Norwell, from 7-9:00pm. Lay back and be bathed in the shruti box, chant, guided imagery, ecstatic drumming, the gong, the didgeridoo, and over 20 singing bowls. Attendees lay in the therapy chairs and are bathed in exquisite sound and tone. $30, call the Center at 781.871.1740 to register. Angels of Light is at 320 Washington Street (Route 53) in Norwell; please join us for this deeply therapeutic and profoundly relaxing experience. Thank you for reading, and have a peaceful day.

“Everyone has a vibration that is a signature of their health and well-being. Similar to a musical instrument that can fall out of tune through use, our bodies can also fall out of vibrational harmony and potentially develop illness. Stress and negativity create blockages of a healthy flow of energy, showing up in the energy field around our body as lower energy disturbances at first, and later as illness in our physical body. Sound and vibration can be used to re-tune and return us to health and one of the most powerful modalities for this is the use of singing bowls. When there is a deep relaxation through soothing, resonant sound, the body is affected on a cellular level, opening up the flow of energy to move us back toward health..."
