More apartments in Stoughton Center?

Below is an excerpt from Snyder's Stoughton dated 10/10/13, and it has me concerned.  I also know that the Stoughton Master Plan Committee and Consultant Team will be giving a “Town Center One Hour Tour” on Saturday, Oct. 19, at 9:30 a.m.  rain or shine. There will be a master plan table at the Stoughton’s Farmers' Market at Trackside Plaza. If you are concerned about the town center I urge you to go down on Saturday. Does the following excerpt raises concern for you???
PROPERTY FOR SALE: The MBTA is selling an 18,000-square-foot parcel near the Stoughton Commuter Rail Station for $1.2 million. Located at 3 Morton St., the site is permitted for 28 apartments or condominiums units including seven two-bedroom units, 17 one-beds, four studios and parking for 35 vehicles. Ground floor commercial space is allowed for retail or restaurant use. Site plan may be modified to remove the commercial space and add four more housing units. For information contact TRA, the T’s broker, at 77 Franklin St. in Boston or www.transitrealty.com.
