Cancer Patient and Stoughton Resident Joins Joe Andruzzi Foundation for “Codzilla Thrill Ride”

Former New England Patriot, three-time Super Bowl Champion and cancer survivor Joe Andruzzi entertains Darla Holloway of Stoughton, Mass. following a wet and wild trip across the Boston Harbor aboard the “Codzilla Thrill Ride.” A partnership between the Joe Andruzzi Foundation and Boston Harbor Cruises provided those affected by cancer the opportunity to step away from cancer treatments and challenging times to enjoy an (Up)Beat event. Those in attendance included individuals who have been assisted by the Foundation and several patients currently undergoing treatment at the Dana Farber Children’s Hospital in Boston, including Darla. The participants had the chance to meet Andruzzi, try on his Super Bowl rings and enjoy an ice cream treat following the conclusion of the ride.
