The Stoughton High football team will be playing in the Division 3 state semifinals against Plymouth, Friday, Nov. 22, at 7 p.m. at Brockton High. The winner will earn a trip to the Division 3 Super Bowl at Gillette Stadium, Saturday, Dec. 7. The Black Knight defeated Oliver Ames, 16-14, last Friday night to win the Division 3 Southwest title.
-The Stoughton Master Plan Committee will be meeting Monday on the first floor of town hall at 6:30 p.m.
-The book club will be meeting the Wales French Room at the Stoughton Library, Tuesday, Nov. 19.
-The Stoughton selectmen will be meeting Tuesday, Nov. 19, at 6:30 p.m.
-The gusty downpours and thunder will end by 9 a.m., according to WHDH. It will be a breezy afternoon with temperatures in the mid 60s mid-morning, dropping to mid-50s in the afternoon.
