There will be a Trivia Fun-Raiser Night at Ahavath Torah Congregation on Saturday, Jan. 11. A professional trivia master will be serving as host of this event. There will be a pasta dinner and trivia competition, starting at 6:30 p.m. for $20 per person. There will be prizes and raffles. The trivia contest starts at 7:45 p.m.. The cost for the trivia contest only is $10 per person paid in advance, or $12 at the door. Beer and wine will be available, and desserts will be served to all. Teams of up to eight and individuals are all welcome to this event. Ahavath Torah Congregation is located at 1179 Central St. in Stoughton,. Celebrate New Year's Eve at Noon at YMCA
The Stoughton YMCA is holding a "Midnight" Noon New Year's Eve Celebration, Tuesday, Dec. 31, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. This is for kids and families of all ages. There will be a very special countdown, a free raffle and other activities.
Black Knights in Action
The Stoughton High wrestling team will be competing at the Lowell Tournament Saturday, while the girls' ice hockey team will be playing Ursuline Academy at Roche Rink in West Roxbury at 8:40 p.m.
