We are happy to announce that the Jones Early Childhood Center will be hosting our annual Open House/Celebrate Stoughton. The open house is for students that may be interested in attending our school in the fall of 2013 (children must be the age of 3 by September 30) and for students that are currently in attendance.
You will have the opportunity to:
* Meet and Greet the Kindergarten Principals in the gymnasium
* Meet the Jones EEC Parent Liaison
* View our preschool classrooms and meet our staff
*Register your child as a peer student for the 2013/2014 school year
* Meet and Greet the School Nurse
This is a wonderful evening for you and your child to take a tour of the school. Students that will be heading to kindergarten in the Fall of 2013 will be able to meet the Principal of the elementary school that they will be attending. We hope that you are able to take advantage of this opportunity and we look forward to meeting you soon.

More About Edwin A. Jones Early Childhood Center
Located on Walnut Street near the Stoughton Public Library, the Jones Early Childhood Center is housed at the historic Jones School building, which has been an educational site since 1872. The current principal is Heather Tucker.
The Jones offers both half and full day preschool programs. According to the school's website, children take part in "cooperative play, group learning times, drama, experiences with literature, math, and music, physical education sessions, scientific exploration and art."
