On Saturday, September 22 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., the general public is invited to attend fun activities for children and adults, which includes a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11 a.m., refreshments, special giveaways, a balloon artist and face painting (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.).
Funding for the new Mattapan Community Health Center included a three-year, $150,000 donation from the Citizens Bank Foundation.
