Police said that at 8:20 p.m. on April 13 they responded to a report of a man passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle at 99 Porter St. Police found Taylor inside the vehicle unresponsive and incoherent. Police searched Taylor and found two used hypodermic syringes in his front pocket. They also found three syringes containing a brownish liquid on the passenger seat of the car. …
Case of Stoughton man charged with assault, larceny to go to trial Feb. 14. Franklin Saint-Surin, 32, of North Paul St., Stoughton had charges of assault and battery and larceny continued to Feb. 14 for a bench trial. The charges stem from a Dec. 28, 2010 incident in Stoughton. Police said a woman reported being assaulted at her North Paul Street residence and that Saint-Surin allegedly pushed and pinned her against the kitchen counter and forced her head back with his elbow. Woman charged with heroin possession continued to March 16 Cecilia A. Reilly, 40, of Porter St., Stoughton had a charge of possession of a Class A drug continued to March 16 for a pretrial hearing. The charge stems from a July 3, 2010 incident in Stoughton. Police said they responded to a report of a woman "shooting heroin" into her arm at a convenience store parking lot in Stoughton and that a child was in the car with her. Auto parts store employee charged with stealing from company: Robert Schepis, 28, of Glenwood Ave., Hyde Park had a charge of larceny over $250 by single scheme continued to March 9 for a pretrial hearing. The charge stems from a Nov. 4 incident in Stoughton where Schepis was an employee at Advance Auto Parts on Washington Street. According to the complaint, Schepis allegedly stole $3,007 from the company by fraudulently returning store items and keeping the cash. Police charge Stoughton man who tried to hide crack concaine in his mouth Jerry B. Busby, 52, of 100 Lincoln St. in Stoughton, is being held on $5,000 bail in the county lockup after police arrested him for possession of crack cocaine concealed in his mouth. Julie Gorman, 41, of 79 King St., Stoughton had a charge of threatening to commit a crime, to kill, continued to Feb. 7 for a pretrial hearing. The charge stems from a July 29 incident in Stoughton, during which Gorman allegedly called a female relative and left two voice messages: "I am going to have someone waste you" and "someone is going to kill you," according to court records. Felix Diaz, 31, of 444 Harris Ave., Boston was ordered held on $2,000 bail in the county lockup after police charged him Monday with allegedly stealing $158 worth of consumer items from Rite Aid on Washington Street. Police responded to a caller who reported the shoplifting and police apprehended Diaz running out of the store carrying a duffel bag filled with merchandise. Items included 18 bottles of Axe deodorant and nine Gillette antiperspirants. Nelson Moura, 21, of 340 School St., Unit 2, Stoughton, was ordered held on $1,000 bail at the county lockup following his arraignment last week on charges stemming from charges that he committed multiple burglaries at Immaculate Conception Church, 122 Canton St. Police say Moura broke into the church on four occasions, on Nov. 1, Nov. 10, Nov. 25, and Dec. 3, and stole hundreds of dollars in cash and charitable food to buy marijuana.
