Ryan and Isabella rule the crib in Massachusetts for 2010. 446 boys born in Massachusetts were named Ryan and 496 girls were named Isabella according to the Social Security office's most popular baby names list.

Nationwide, Jacob is top choice for a boys name while Isabella tops the charts nationally for the most popular girls name.

The movie Twilight is not only influencing a nation obsessed with vampires, it is also the inspiration for many baby names this year, according to the federal agency. Jacob and Isabella are the names of the main characters in the Twlight series.

According to federal agency reports, the second fastest riser on the boys’ list is Kellan, the name of actor Kellan Lutz, who portrays Emmett Cullen in the Twilight movie series.
