Stoughton Riders Taking Part in Pan-Mass Challenge This Weekend

The 32nd Annual Pan-Massachusetts Challenge will take place August 6-7. This year, 13 Stoughton riders are taking part.

 

This Saturday and Sunday, August 6 and 7, 13 residents from Stoughton will ride in the 32nd annual Pan-Massachusetts Challenge (PMC), the nation’s pioneer charity bike-a-thon that raises more money than any other athletic fundraising event in the country.

They will be among 5,000 cyclists who will ride with the collective goal of raising $34 million to support lifesaving adult and pediatric cancer care and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through its Jimmy Fund.

The PMC has 11 routes ranging from 25 to 190 miles in distance. Some of the routes will be passing through nearby towns like Easton, Sharon, Foxboro and Mansfield.
