A full house watched the Stoughton High girls’ varsity basketball team (10-5) beat Sharon Friday night at home, 46-40, on Senior Night, to clinch a spot in the postseason tournament.

Prior to the start of Stoughton’s final home game of the season, the team’s five seniors—Chrystal Holland, Jackie Kuhn, Katherine Chlus, Jessica Freitas and Liz Roch—were honored on court.

Friday’s home game was also “Girls’ Night at the Knights” for STOYAC’s girls’ basketball players. All STOYAC girls’ basketball players were admitted for $1 if they wore their jersey. The promotion drew dozens of future Black Knights to watch the current varsity stars.
